What’s The Beef? Health Is Everything

MONTREAL, Quebec – Apr. 14, 2021 – PRLog — Developing a healthy lifestyle starts with understanding the importance of a nutritious diet. Motivation, productivity and wellness can all be affected by the food one consumes. Of course, eating fruits and vegetables is crucial for a healthy diet, but what about beef? Red meat is a protein that is essential in the growth and development of the body. According to the nutritionist Michael Joseph, there is a tremendous amount of health benefits to eating beef. Globally speaking, approximately 1.6 billion people suffer from Iron Deficiency Anemia (IDA).

Individuals who frequently consume beef will gain more than a healthy dose of minerals and amino acids needed to fight deficiencies. After all, beef is rich in minerals such as iron, magnesium and zinc. Not only does protein such as beef rank high in B vitamins, but it also improves muscle mass.

There are numerous amounts of reasons why red meat should hold a dietary role in meal plans. But if beef is so healthy for the body, why is there a fuss about it? The problem, of course, is debatable. But in most cases, the issue is the living conditions of beef cattle. Most beef cattle (raised for beef production) often spend three to six months in feedlots. The feedlot is the last stage in the beef cattle production system before an animal goes to the slaughterhouse.

If neglected, diseases and health problems can run rapidly amongst cattle in feed yards. While attending veterinary school, researcher Dr. Kee Jim recognized the need for further studies of feedlots. He then developed a computerized database to increase the net profitability of beef cattle each year. Though consulting with an expert is beneficial, it’s not the only way to improve feedlots. True to any living organism, food and health are automatic necessities.

Farmers can provide their cattle with a healthy diet by investing in 100% nylon, bias ply truck-tire sidewalls. Properly weighing down silage prevents the possibility of mold and contamination in the feed. Also, the health and weight of beef cattle will increase, thus creating high-quality beef for consumers and a profit for farmers.

Danny Nadler, president and CEO of Tire Sidewall Depot has been successfully serving the agricultural industry since 1995. Tire Sidewall Depot offers a safer and cleaner alternative to hold down the polyethylene tarps that cover silage. Bias ply truck-tire sidewalls and aircraft rings are metal-free, avoiding the contamination that radial steel-belted sidewalls create due to rusty, sharp metal wires. Our 100% nylon, bias ply bunker silo weights withstand any adverse weather conditions and prevent the collection of stagnant water that breeds diseases, often found in messy, burdensome whole tires. Remember, all beef cattle deserve quality food.
